Brief Answer:
Occasional green stools are normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXXXX

Many babies may occasionally develop green stools and there is nothing to be worried about. One possible reason for green stools is that your baby is getting too much foremilk and not enough hindmilk. The hindmilk provides most of the calories your baby needs, and makes him feel full. If he's only getting the lower-fat foremilk, he'll be hungry again very soon and will need to feed more often.

His body may not be able to cope with the increased amount of lactose (milk sugar) from all the milk he is drinking.

If he can't digest the increased amount of lactose properly, there will be more gas and water than usual in his intestines. This will give him cramping pains and runnier, green (often explosive) stools.

If the following criteria are fulfilled then there is no cause for concern regarding loose stools

1. No signs of dehydration
2. Baby accepting feeds well
3. No redness in anal region
4. Urine output adequate(2-3 diaper changes a day)

I would suggest you the following

1. Continue giving exclusive breastfeeding

2. You move her from one breast to the other before she lets go on his own: Make sure that you let your baby feed for as long as she likes. Do not take her off the breast before she lets go on her own. This way you will be sure she is getting as much milk as she needs and plenty of hindmilk as well.

Brief Answer:
Give her Probiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Dear Ms

Sleeping in any position does not affect the intestine.
For loose stools you can give her Probiotic syrup.
If she is playing well/joyful, urine output is adequate then there is no cause for concern.

Take care
