What Causes Frequent Urination?

Question: Hi Im experiencing frequent urination. For 5 days. But the color of urine is pale yellow. Not cloudy no strong smell. No pain and burning. Sometimes I pee a little sometimes I pee a lot. But At night I dont need to get up and pee. Im all good. After I pee I feel like there is an urge to pee again. Im not also drinking that much. No Diabetes. Had a Random glucose test it was 5.8mmol the nurse said its normal. What is the probable cause of frequent urination?

I had a UTI a month ago. Urine with blood. They gave mi Cipro 500mg for 3 days it got better. Cause Im still waiting for an appointment to be seen by the doctor what is the best thing to do?

Went to the ER they did urinalysis. They check my blood sugar (random test) my sugar was 3.6mmol ( i havent eaten all day. They gave me again cipro 500mg bid 3days. This is mybsecond time in a month. Just right after my period. I wasnt eating properly this month and drinking fluid due to stress. How would I prevent this? Should I worry coz I had 2 UTI in a span of four weeks?

UTI are very common in females of your age group. Nothing big to worry about it. However, cause for it should be identified through investigations. Antibiotic prophylaxis would be suggested based upon physical examination findings and number of attacks per month.

Same time, I would also suggest to maintain personal hygiene very carefully- washing genital areas before and after sexual activity etc.
