Question: First prostate massage during sexual play at age 60. Felt great during but hours later started having pain deep low abdomen with urinary frequency.. No pain or bunring with urination.

Thanks for query .Frequency for urination and pain in lower abdomen following prostate massage is mostly due to irritation of prostate .

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkalizer thrice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water .To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Is this likely to occur again? I hate to never experience that pleasure again (it was extremely intense) but the hours of the pain outweighs the minutes of pleasure
