Brief Answer:
it can be due to infection of gastrointestinal tract.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having infection of the gastrointestinal tract.
A stool examination will help in confirmation of the diagnosis.
I would advise that you should take a probiotic along with a digestive enzyme preparation and an antacid for relief.
Further medical management can be planned according to the report of your stool examination.
Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Also take care of your hydration.
I hope this is hepful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
ny antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
Infection of the gastrointestinal tract is treated by proper antibiotics. But first we should know the cause of infection- whether it is bacterial infection or is it parasitic infestation.
Choice of treatment is determined by the causative organism and hence the importance of stool test.
I would recommend that first you should start taking probiotic. It will also help in treating your symptoms.
I hope this answers your query.
Regards. Thanks.
