Brief Answer:
Possible urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Smelly urine with abdominal pain indicates possible urinary tract infection. Get a urine examination done. Burning pain during urination may also be seen.
2. If urine examination is normal, ultrasound abdomen will be necessary to evaluate for any renal stones.
3. Dicyclomine will help in relieving pain. If urine shows pus cells, nitrofurantoin will need to be started.
4. Take plenty of water along with cranberry and blueberry juice.
5. Due to pain, appetite is low. Dicyclomine should relieve pain and improve appetite.
Meet your doctor for prescription and further tests.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
