What Causes Foul Nasal Odor?

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. A careful evaluation is needed in order to detect the possible source of the foul odor. It could be due to a foreign body in the nose, infection in the sinuses, upper respiratory tract infection, bad oral hygiene. I would request you mention if there are other symptoms like cough and cold, nasal discharge, etc. I would also need to ask how long you have been having this problem.

My suggestions would be:
* Brush teeth twice a day. It is very essential to brush after dinner. The left over food is degraded by the bacteria in the mouth leading to production of foul smell.
* Use clorhexidine mouth wash. It will clear the stench.
* Take steam inhalation.

The bad siml is coming from the nose during breathing and mouth is close nothing from mouth.
I had some cold it is gone now no cough or any problem but the smil still there have been for while coming and going?
