Brief Answer:
add Vitamin,calcium supplement.needs investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the query and understood your concern.

The most probable cause for fluttering of toes is neuropathy. For confirming the diagnosis get done nerve conduction test as this will tell us the site of problem. The other common causes are low calcium level, vitamin defeciency, diabetes and spinal cord involvement.

The neuropathy may be due to vitamin defeciency or due to any pathology. For my patients I prescribe multi vitamins Vit B6 and Vit B12 along with pregabalin / gabapentine and calcium supplements. These will will give good result.
If any problem in high lipid levels or diabetes then those problem should also be treated simultaneously for management. So get investigated for blood sugar, lipid profile, Ca++ and vit B12 levels once.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask if any further questions.
WIsh you good health.

Regards
