What Causes Flank Pain And Light Vaginal Bleeding?

Question: I am in menopause and have had a hysterectomy 8 years ago. I have right flank pain and am bleeding marginally? I had blood work and urine test that came back ok, so what do u think it could be?

Bleeding 1 day pain for a week. No ultrasound yet.

I would suggest you to go for ultrasound examination.
There is a possibility that pain may be due to calculi.

Or even if there is any other pathology, Ultrasound would help to determine that also.
