Question: My fingers are swollen? I just noticed when taking off my wedding ring to wash my hands. It was very hard. Please help? My fingers have never swelled before???

Im on the depo shot. First time ever having birth control. And im not really stressed. Didnt really notice it until now but ive been taking off my ring frequently because it was uncomfortable. Didnt think my hands were swelling. Also been having sever back pain in middle and lower back if that matters?
