What Causes Fever In The Night Time?

from last 3 days my daughter getting
fever in the evening.

Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

Fever once in a day in children is commonly due to malaria.
I would like to know the severity of fever spikes and whether it is associated with chills and rigor.
In malaria fever usually occurs once in a day which is of high grade and associated with chills and rigor in most of the cases.
Also let me know if there are other associated symptoms like cough,cold,loose stool,burning micturition or vomiting.Other less common causes are typhoid and urinary tract infection.
Here I would like to get her clinically evaluated by a pediatrician and also investigations like complete blood count and malaria antigen test should be done.Till then monitor the temperature and give her antipyratics along with plenty of fluids.

fever is 102 associated with chills
