Question: Been fighting a 99.5 to 102.5 fever, most telling other symptom is the almost pain, I will call it discomfort from the pressure in eyes, at time it almost hurts to blink, when rolling eyes up / left or right feel discomfort. the higher my temp the more pressure in eyes, less temp less discomfort, can tell when temp is on way up first by noticing increased pressure take temp and sure enough it is on rise. Brief Answer:
Fever is associated with pain and redness of eyes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having fever with eye pain.
Fever usually causes redness and hyperemia of eyes commonly and sometimes eye pain is associated with it.
It is usually more in high fever and it is a common phenomenon and no need to worry.
This will resolve with treatment of fever.
If there is associated watering and discharge of the eye it requires treatment by the use of antibiotic eye drops.
In cases with fever with eye pain viral fevers like dengue viral fever needs to be ruled out.

Hence I advice you to consult your physician doctor gir further evaluation and treatment of fever.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
With regards
