Brief Answer:
Inflammatory condition of the liver or gall bladder

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX the symptoms you are experiencing are consistent with inflammatory condition of the liver or gall bladder. especially if the white bowel movements occured several times. for fever, chills and shaking you should take ibuprofen tablets 200 mg every 8 hours before meals or acetaminophen 650 mg every 8 hours. you should also get an ultrasound abdomen to detect any inflammation of the gallbladder. you should also tqke a blood test for viral hepatitis.
