Brief Answer:
Please take her to a doctor. The fiver lasts too long.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

As she has fever for 5 days, viral infection is rather not the case. As there is also a stomach pain, urinary tract bacterial infection is possible.
Her lungs should be also checked for possible infection.
In general, its not a good idea to just stay at home and fight with fever. You should rather take her to a doctor for examination and basic tests. Antibiotic treatment seems necessary. Before that, urine analysis, blood work should be done for sure.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Augmentin is a good choice.

Detailed Answer:
Augmentin is fine. Just please note that when you take an antibiotic and check blood work after that, it can be false negative. Same with urine. So it is better to check it before antibiotic is started.
As it is already started, urine should be checked if there will be no improvement.

I`m looking forward to hearing from you.

Brief Answer:
This tests do not give any additional information.

Detailed Answer:
The reports do confirm that there is some inflammation. We already know it as she has a fever. So the tests do not give any additional information.
In my opinion, as she is on antibiotic right now, you need to wait and see. She should be better right now. Fever should be lower or not present.
If she is still not better, urine analysis, lungs auscultation and abdominal ultrasound seem advisable.

Brief Answer:
Just wait and see.

Detailed Answer:
As she has already started antibiotics, the source of infection can not be diagnosed at this point. Most likely she will recover without any problems.
Further tests are necessary if the situation will reappear after she finish the antibiotic. But not right now.
