Question: My 3 year old daughter had fever 3 times in 3 week. First week stomach ache second week runny nose third week diahrreah... Are they related to each other or 3 different episodes?

I think she has pinworms. No appetite still diahrreah. Had them a few months ago. Gave her pin-x but didn't seem to help.
