What Causes Feeling Of Pressure And Discomfort In Testicles?

Question: Ibeen feeling discomfort on my felt testical for about two days and now it feels like its moving on up twords my stomick It feels like if something is putting pressure on the testical and a fuzz numbness on the outer sking and it also feels worm like when you have jalapenos rubbed on your fingers and then you touch your face and it feels hot and a lite burning sensation.

Brief Answer: Possibility of Varicocele Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day Feeling of pressure, discomfort and worm like feeling suggest the possibility of Varicocle, also possibility of Epidididymo-orichitis that is inflammation of testis is to be considered. Varicocele is the dilatation of Pampniform plexus(Bunch of veins draining the testis). It causes worm like feeling and discomfort. Diagnosis is based on good clinical examination and confirmed by scrotal Doppler examination. I would suggest you to consult your Surgeon for further assessment. In the meantime scrotal support by appropriate size underwear and analgesic like Ibuprofen will provide the much neede relief. Do write to me for any further query. I felt my left testicle and it feel sensitive but the area of discomfort is behind where it feels like vains running to the testicle
