What Causes Fatigue, Body Pain And Pain Around The Eyebrows?

Question: Experiencing complete body pain, pain around the eyebrows, extreme fatigue, constantly thirsty, since yesterday. But no fever. Any test (dengue etc) or medication suggested. For info My child had dengue 2 week ago. He is fine now. My age 37.

It looks like symptoms of viral infection or due to chronic fatigue. I would suggest you to take symptomatic treatment. Have plenty of fluids, soups and juices. take tab. Dolo 650 mg twice a day for 2 days. Take ORS/Electrol powder to prevent dehydration. Adequate sleep and rest. You will feel better.

In case your symptoms persists or worsens you can get a complete blood count(CBC) done.
