Thanks for asking this query.
First of all i want to make you sure do not worry your problem is easily treatable.

You are having depression and repetitive negative thoughts. Which comes under obsessive compulsive disorders. It is a curable mental illness.

Treatment:
1. Medication:
You need some drugs like escitalopram
Fluoxetine fluvoxamine
Clomoprime.
You will be fine in two weeks.
It will increase your confidence level too.
You are an asst manager. An intelligent person you are having capabilities to perform any task, do not feel down.

2. Counselling: you also need counselling to learn how to overcome such situations.

As these drugs you will get on prescription only so visit a local psychiatrist. He will do your counselling too.

So do not worry.
Hope my answer helped you.
Take care.
