Brief Answer:
Usually takes 6 weeks to several months.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Chicken pox black spots may take 6 weeks to some months depending upon your skin ability to regenerate.

You should take enough fluids to hydrate your skin. Taking vitamin E and C supplements will be helpful also.

You can apply aloe Vera gel on the spots. Other natural remedies like lime juice and honey application is also good.

Avoid sun exposure as this can darken the spots. Using a sunscreen will be helpful for this.

If these are not helping then you can apply creams based on kojic acid.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
