Question: I have swollen lips, itching eyes and face somewhat swollen. Symptoms come and go. I can't seem to pin point the cause. Sometimes I have a sore tongue.

All your symptoms are suggestive of allergic etiology.
So get done
1. CBC (complete blood count)
2. Serum histamine levels
3. Serum IgE level
Along with antihistamine (benadryl and Claritin), you should start anti allergic (montelukast).
Montelukast (10mg) should be taken at night time before going to sleep.
