Brief Answer:
Discuss with your doctor to switch to drugs with less effect on mood swings

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query carefully and understood your concerns.

I am happy to know that Keppra is giving such good effects in controlling your seizure and migraines.

If you are having extreme mood swings that are affecting your marriage, I advise to talk with your doctor to :
- start lowering its dosage
- or to change medication and switch to another one that have less effects on your mood.

There are some drugs that have shown less than 1 percent effect on mood swings, including carbamazepine, pregabalin, sodium valproate, gabapentin, etc.

Hope it was of help!
