Brief Answer:
Get your thyroid profile checked. Upload reports thereafter.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. However, the mentioned symptoms are not indicative of heart failure. If there is heart failure, the heart is unable to pump adequately and therefore a backlog in pumping occurs. This leads to pooling of blood in the periphery, leading to edema of feet. Unless that is the case, I would not worry about 'heart failure'.

It is normal for the heart rate to go up on physical activity. The mentioned fatigue could be due to low thyroid levels. Get our thyroid profile checked. A careful clinical evaluation is needed. The heart rate and blood pressure needs to be checked.

You need to eat well, exercise regularly. It is very important to do an hour of physical activity daily.

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
Cardiological evaluation needed.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

I understand your anxiety. It is difficult to comment without a physical examination. As of now get the thyroid profile checked. But you would still need to see a doctor. Exercise helps in physiological conditioning of the heart and helps in improving compliance. But you mention that a murmur is present. So, an echocardiographical follow up might be needed to check if things are fine with your heart. If they are, exercise would not make it worse.
