Brief Answer:
is it lupus

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Thank.you for writing on health care magic

Well I have gone through your history
If you could elaborate your symptoms and investigations in detail that would be useful

Positive Ana with protein in urine does favour the diagnosis of lupus, but I would like to know the amount of protein you are losing in urine and the titres of Ana

Secondly I would like to know the other symptoms you are experiencing like fever, oral ulcers, hair fall, rash or any new thing

Thirdly if you could attach your blood reports that would be helpful

If it is lupus only person you need to see is a rheumatologist and he will take care of it

Do let me know these answers

Await your reply
