Question: Especially in the morning, pale face feels warm, slight headache. fatigued, rapid heartbeat
Experienced the heat exhaustion last week when sitting in hot car
Have improved since than, but not totally
Very hot temps here In Arizona

I have gone through your concern.

The symptoms you described are not specific for a certain disease. They may suggest an anxiety situation, low blood preassure, over active thyroid ect.

I would suggest to monitor the blood preassure twice daily and possibly the heart rate.

Please tell if you are taking any mediaction actually, or if you just have any diagnosis and attach the last exams that you have done.
