What Causes Excessive Sweating, Breathing Difficulty, Nausea, Weakness And Arrhythmia?

Question: I was feeling ok but a bit hungry. I got very hot and sweaty all over, trouble breathing, rapid pulse, rapid heartbeat and felt weak and a bit nauseated. I had to sit down. AFter about 5 minutes onset and 10 minutes with full symptoms it eàsed. I had heart failure 5 years ago, with a--fib and congestive heart failure and was hospitilized for a full week. OTher than COPD and minor things, I am healthy.
