Brief Answer:
Try home remedies and meet an ENT specialist if worsens.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Your symptoms should be differentiated from sleep apnea and snoring. If have extreme fatigue and sleepiness during the day its sleep apnea. Normal snoring doesn’t interfere with the quality of your sleep.

Record yourself sleeping or ask your family member to keep track of your snoring, noting how loud and frequent it is, and if you’re gasping, choking, or making other unusual sounds. If you do, then it is most likely sleep apnea and should visit an ENT specialist as soon as possible.

You can try these remedies:
- Losing extra weight.
- Avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee.
- Exercise.
- Sleeping on your side.

I hope this answered your query.
