Question: i had surgery a year ago, To rebuild an ostomy stoma, this happen because i've had it since i was 5 yrs old, and now i'm 49. during the surgery the doctor tried to insert a camera into my penis to look at my bladder. he said he had a hard time and never accomplished the task. since then my arousals have been diminishing, and harder to achieve and now not at all to get an erection and have an orgasm. i have been taken venlafaxine hcl er 75mg for a month.

The fact that you are taking venlafaxine tells me that you have significant depressive disorder or anxiety disorder. I need to know the details of the symptoms.

You ED can be due to either of these or due to reduced testosterone level. Please tell me all the symptoms. I don't think that doctor has caused any damage to penis, so it may not be related. I need to look at the ultrasound report of KUB as well and urine report.
