Brief Answer:
ALT I'd raised in affection of Liver

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms XXXXXXX

ALT or Alanine Transaminase is a Liver Enzyme . Elevation of this enzyme is seen in affection of Liver. Value of 70 is only marginal elevation. Presence of Gall bladder stone leads to inefficient bile secretion and mild elevation is noted.
Significant elevation is seen when there is blockage of common bile duct with stone.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
