hello and welcome to health care magic, what you are hearing is called Tinnitus which is a common problem and if acute is nothing to worry about. If your tinnitus is recent without any hearing loss then you have nothing to worry about. In any case you need to do these: - take an audiometry testing including Pure Tone Audiometry and Impedance and get back to me or any ENT with the reports - do steam inhalation with menthol or any other vaporiser and see if that helps - I would usually give a course of antihistamine like levocetrizine.
