What Causes Early Menstruation After Unprotected Sex?
Question: Had unprotected sex multiple times, period came early, was very light and only lasted 3 days.5 days later experiencing back pain and awful cramps. Whats wrong?

1. I used no post coital pilles after having intercourse
2. None and 0
3. No birth control or implant at all and have never been on anytjing
4. I am very very regular! Always on time, always 5 days long and never early, and never short or lighter than normal like this last one...

thanks for following up.
Did you had unprotected sex during approximate dates of your ovulation time? If yes and as you said that you have not taken any post coital pills, its a possibility of pregnancy.
Have you ruled out pregnancy by doing urine pregnancy test? Because the early period and slight flow can be spotting which occurs during implantation.
And also cramping without blood with low back pain points toward s pregnancy.
I would like to advice you to get a urine pregnancy test kit from pharmacy and get it tested at home or if you want to be on safe side you can get that test at any hospital or clinic also.
With the results kindly consult a gynaecologist for further management as if the test in negative you might need a USG abdominal scan to look for other causes.
