I'm taking arthriten. The neurologist gave me Tylenol 3 and promethazine. I've been experiencing the dizziness since the surgery Aug 5th. There's no fever or diarrhea and yes, it's round the clock. At one point, I had my eyes closed and could feel the room spinning. Most movement at normal speed causes dizziness. I'm just a little concerned.

Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Ok.Then,it is not drug induced. Please tell a few details-
1)Do you have any hearing problem?
2)Any history of tinnitus?
3)Any history of double vision?
4)Any problem related to eye?

If any of the above is Yes,then it needs evaluation, else please start doing mental relaxation exercises like meditation/yoga/pranayama on regular basis and observe for the response.Take plenty of fluids. This problem will likely improve.
