Brief Answer: Follows. Detailed Answer: Dear Sir, Thank you for posting your query on HCM. Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that middle ear problem frequently give rise to feeling of dizziness or vertigo . Since you have pain in ear there is a possibility of having ear infections but nothing can be said without examination . It will be better to see an ENT surgeon because examination of ear is important in your case to see if there is impacted wax or any other sign of infection . which is giving rise to this or it is a simply BPPV . It will be very difficult to comment without examination. Take care. Dr. Shruti
