What Causes Dizziness While On Morphine?

Question: My daughter was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. She is back home from the hospital and have her on morphine; however, morphine is causing some dizziness. What other pain killer would help her.?

Vicoding would be better.

Generally morphine is not necessary painkiller if the acute phase of pancreatitis is over and she did not have any surgery.
Much better would be Oxycodone with Paracetamole (Vicodin). It should not cause so much side effects.
