Brief Answer:
It is necessary a therapy modulation.

Detailed Answer:

Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your actual clinical scenario (dizziness), seems to be due to an excessive antihypertensive effect of your actual therapy (Amlodipine and Benazepril).

103/53 mmHg is slightly lower than it should be for an optimal treatment effect.

Coming to this point I recommend you to halve the actual daily doses of Amlodipine and Benazepril and keep monitoring closely your blood pressure (several measurements during the day) in addition of your eventual symptomatology, for a couple of days to assure that an optimal BP target is achieved.

As there is no a perfect medical scheme for hypertension (in fact there exist numerous suitable ones), it remains to be judged about an appropriate drugs combination only after a trial treatment period (to better review daily doses, target BP achievement and possible adverse effects).

All the above suggestions should be applied only after informing about the situation your attending doctor and only his professional decision and approval.

Hope to have been helpful!
