Brief Answer:
Meniere's disease

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You had a recent bout of dizziness followed by hearing loss and ringing in the ears. This is probably Meniere's disease. This is a disease of the middle ear thought to be from a leakage of fluid from the inner balancing semicircular canals. The dizziness may last hours of even days so hopefully it will resolve quickly. The hearing loss maybe permanent as also the ringing. Unfortunately there are no treatments for the hearing loss or ringing. For the dizziness you can try meclizine OTC. It can help reduce the dizziness and nausea associated with the dizziness

If the symptoms worsen I would recommend that you see your medical provider and be referred to an ear nose and throat specialist who can run more in dept tests to see if there are any other conditions.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
