Question: I have been feeling dizzy, headache sick to my stomach for the last three days. Vomiting. No appetite. Intestinal difficulties.

Hi XXXX,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

1. Feeling headache, sick to your stomach, vomiting with no appetite for the last 3 days are indicative for possible viral gastroenteritis.

2. Feeling dizzy is because of hypoglycemia due to not having appetite for such long time.

3. You are saying to have intestinal difficulties, can you please report if you are having:
- diarrhea? loose/liquid stool?
- constipation?

to assist you better.

4. This is a temporary condition that will be over in few days. For the moment, I advise to:
- continue taking plenty of water and TUMS
- continue with resting
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- have light meals: yogurt, chicken soup, etc.
