What Causes Dizziness, Fatigue And Nausea?
Question: My wife woke up with extreme nausia and dizzy and pounding rapid heart beat in chest --she is much better --good color -very fatiged and is now napping what could this be should we go to hospital??

Hi and thank you for asking!
I read carefully all her concerns and I can say as follow:
1. firs of all I need to know if she has had chest pain, fever ?
2. If she has had chest pain than she should go to ER to get a more accurate opinion.
3. You are repoting that she has nausea extreme fatigue.
These symptoms may be due to :
- acute gastrointestinal infection
This is why I suggest to use PPI like prilosec for a couple of days .
it is important to use often and small amount of meal.
