Question: I am on belviq for the first day, and I am feeling a little dizzi and my heart rate is lower is that normal?

Common side effects of belviq are headache, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, dry mouth and constipation, so the dizziness is not surprising.
The low heart rate depends upon how low it is. If it is lower than 60 then you need to report this to your health care provider. If it is in the normal range of 60-100 but just lower than normal for you, that will probably resolve with continued use.
