Brief Answer:
Following causes to dizziness.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your daughter's medical history and understood your concerns.

She was feeling dizzy, lightheaded with hear changes are indicative for hypotension which was determined by bp monitoring (low bp level).

As she is very young 15 years old, then, the most possible causes could be:
- skipping meals
- stress (especially if it happened when she was doing her homework or when she was at school)
- anemia: which might be precipitated by monthly periods (if she had them recently)
- hormonal changes at her age.

I advise to:
- keep monitoring her bp and blood sugar levels
- get her heart checked to exclude cardio-vascular problems: ECG, holter monitoring, stress test, cardiac echo
- advise her to have her meals regularly, not to skip any meal
- avoid standing up for longer periods
- get her regularly exercised
- if she is stressed, try to understand the cause: at home? at school? friends? relatives? any boyfriend issue?

Hope it helped!
