Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The most likely cause is dyspepsia and GERD (Gastro esophageal Reflux Disease). PPIs like esomeprazole and pro kinetic such as metoclopramide can be advised. If the symptoms subside with these meds then there is no need for further workup.

However, if they persist then the abdomen needs to be examined for any abnormal pulsations or bulging and if suspected then an ultrasound of the abdomen can be advised to rule out the possibility of an abdominal aortic aneurysm.
I suggested esomeprazole and metoclopramide. However, this would require a proper prescription after your doctor examines you.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
