Brief Answer:
may be osteoarthritis with sciatica

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have studied your case.
There is probably age related osteoarthritis which has become severe now leading to whole leg pain and making weight bearing painful.
You may need x ray to look for severity of knee osteoarthritis.
visco supplements intra articular may help.
Another possibility of lumbar canal stenosis leading to disc prolapse and whole leg pain.
you can do MRI spine consulting your doctor.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to ask. I will be happy to answer your question. Take care.
