Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Feeling like to have to burp is indicating that you are having problems with:
- gas
- acid reflux/gastritis

I advise to:
- take simethicone to ease gas
- avoid foods that would cause gas
- eat often and small portions
- avoid laying down immediately after eating
- take antacids to regulate stomach pH

If no improvement, and if the symptoms will persist/get aggravated, then, should consult with GI specialist for further evaluations.

All the best!
