Brief Answer:
could be balanitis or eczema.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

I have seen both the picture you uploaded.

It is likely to be balanitis (infection of glans penis) or eczema (mostly allergic) from the picture.

Here,I would like to know,
Do you have irritation or itching?
Is there any pain?

It might get subsided with topical corticosteroid with antiseptic combination (beclomethasone with neomycin) application daily two times.

Masturbation is completely normal,I really doubt if it may cause this depigmentation of glans skin.

You can consult some local doctor or GP who will inspect the lesion and will prescribe the topical steroids.

I expect you to get better within 5 to 7 days of corticosteroid application and in case if not, then consult dermatologist for skin biopsy and further treatment.

Hope this will help you,any more clarification then just let me know.

Regards,

Brief Answer:
It is available over the counter.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for immediate follow-up.

This mild potent corticosteroid with antiseptic combination cream or ointment (brand name betnovate- N) is available over the counter. You can apply the topical drug twice daily for about 5 to 7 days.

The side effects are minimal like mild skin irritation, burning sensation or change in skin colour but no need to worry about it as it will be subsided by discontinuation of the drug. (if they appear)

If there is no response even after 7 days of application or you develop severe side effects (like swelling, skin rashes or wheezing) then immediate consult dermatologist.

Hope this will help you.

Brief Answer:
Will give you answer one by one.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.

Yes,it is the same cream which I told you and the corticosteroid is the name of group of all steroid drugs.

Now,the reason behind this eczema is not clearly known but it is actually a inflammatory skin condition due to some allergy.

One should wash glans penis daily while bathing just retracting his foreskin downwards and by rinsing with clean shower water. It will remove the excess smegma, leaving a healthy, natural, micro thin layer of this beneficial product to keep the glans moist and sensitive.

Never use soap under the foreskin as it leaves soap deposits that reactivate in the natural moisture, and cause burning or irritation. Soap also removes all the natural moisturising effect of the smegma, leaving the glans and foreskin dry and open to infections.

You might have one undecended testis which is a one kind of abnormality but if you have one testicle and undergone a normal development and demonstrated no clinical signs of low testosterone then there is no need to worry about it.

One testicle is usually sufficient to produce semen and testosterone although decreased semen production and quality are often seen with this condition.

You may consult general surgeon or urologist for complete medical history and thoroughly clinical examination with some relevant investigations and he will guide you further.

Hope this will help you.
