either post inflammatory depigmentation due to some unnoticed trauma or folliculitis or it is vitiligo.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply tacrolimus 0.1 percent ointment on the affected areas twice daily.
It is a prescription drug and should be used under the supervision of the doctor.
