Question: Found a medium sized beige/white blotch on the bridge of my nose. Made an appointment with my primary doctor to get a referral to see a dermatalogist.


Downloaded pics but it doesn't show on here.

Brief Answer:
Either post inflammatory depigmentation or vitiligo

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and their are few possibilities:
either post inflammatory depigmentation due to some unnoticed trauma or folliculitis or it is vitiligo.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply tacrolimus 0.1 percent ointment on the affected areas twice daily.
It is a prescription drug and should be used under the supervision of the doctor.
