1) Did you have unprotected sex with unknown woman very recently?
2) Do you have urinary symptoms like burning urination ,frequency for urination etc?

Get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis .
1) Urine routine and culture
2) Swab test and culture of discharge from penis

Start taking Erythromycin along with urine alkalizer like Potassium citrate syrup 10 ml twice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual activities till it gets cured completely.
