Brief Answer:
Can be an infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The pain under the right breast with discharge can be due to a muscle spasm in the chest wall or due to an infection in the breast tissue. Though mastitis is common in lactating women it can also be seen in non pregnant women.
It is characterized by pain, swelling, redness of the breast in case of presence of breast abscess fever can also be seen.
Presence of lumps(fibroadenoma) or cysts in the breast also needs to be ruled out.

Now you once visit local gynecologist or general surgeon and undergo checkup if needed go for mammogram which will help in diagnosing the cause.
Depending on the result she can take the treatment.
