Brief Answer:
Your periods will either be early or late for next two months

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. There is nothing to worry as you have taken the emergency pill within 2 hours of unprotected sexual intercourse. You are more than 95 percent safe because you took iPill at the right time. Less than 5 percent chances of pregnancy is there.

2. Taking iPill can cause early or delayed bleeding in most women taking it. This abnormal bleeding is due to high dose of hormone levonorgestrel 1.5 mg contained in iPill. Hence your period might be early or late for next two cycles. This is a known side effect of taking iPill. It is not possible to tell exactly when you will have it.

3. Please use condoms to prevent unwanted pregnancy and when having sexual intercourse with partner whose sexual health is unknown.

4. Taking more than one iPill in 3 months can cause serious side effects like ovarian cysts, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, irregular cycles and infertility.

5. If you do not get periods even a week after the expected date which is around 10 May 2015 then please do a home pregnancy test.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
