Question: I am having a cramping pain on my lower right side, discharge, and very strong urine odor. I had a total hysterectomy so no ovaries to give me cramping? Started yesterday afternoon, not much relief 24 hrs later. When I urinate it feels like someone is pulling n something on my right side

Brief Answer:
Bladder infection seems most probable.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms are very characteristic for urinary tract infection. Most likely bladder infection. If the pain radiates to the back, kidney can be affected as well.
You may have also fever or just feel kind of sick.
Strong urine odor can be also caused by diabetes.

I suggest you to consult your doctor and have urine analysis done as well as abdominal ultrasound. Antibiotics treatment seems necessary. You should also start cranberries supplementation and increase mineral water intake.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
