Question: i have a cough,normaly at night,that acuses me to throw up. it generally starts with acid reflux. also i gaine about 12 lbs pretty quickly with no change of diet

I am so sorry to hear about this weight gain and the cough. Since this sough is caused by acid reflux, we need to manage this well to avoid the cough. For this, I suggest that you avoid going soon to bed after eating, avoid alcohol, chocolates and tobacco as these worsen these symptoms. In addition, take omeprazole tablets to help with this as well. Should these measures fail to address your illness, we will follow through and get an endoscopy test done.

For the weigh gain, I will like to know what your current weight and height is. Also, I will like to know in how much time you gained this additional weight.
