Brief Answer:
Musculoskeletal disease suspected

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Pain in calf and thighs occurs commonly due to musculoskeletal problems.
Vascular diseases can also lead to pain in legs especially after walking.
However, vascular disease is ruled out due to presence of strong pulses in both legs.
Nerve related disorders are associated with tingling sensation or altered sensations. Thus, nerve related disorders are ruled out.
I would suggest you to concult an orthopedician for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
