Brief Answer:
Do the following examinations

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in HCM

I can understand your concern

According to the history you provide you have evaluated heart and stomach problems.

It is very important for your situation.

Regarding your complain i would recommend you to do some tests for exploring lung disease, as follows:

Hemogram
CRP
Chest X ray
Spirometry

These tests give us a lot of information for lung problems

If they are positive probably your doctor will prescribe you inhalers (like Ventoline) for one months (or as needed) and antibiotics according to your actual clinical picture.

If they come negative than i do not think you should do other examinations further and you should take medication for the stomach (like Omeprazol once) for one month.Sometimes muscles contractions may cause this symptom.

I recommend to my patients with this symptom pain relievers like Ibuprofen twice orally

You will feel better again

You can attach me the results and i am here to help you again
